The zombies broke through our walls this evening taking advantage of a loophole in the north wall... Some houses held up. Others not... 10 dead. Without appeal. We won't last long, I tell you.

Fun fact: forgetting how for a moment, but one of the [#] citizens missing outside last night found his way back to the town. They were seen near the northern wall ! That said, they were missing both legs and they were dead in the minutes that followed. Grim.

We bid a fond farewell to Bernard, the old dog that lived in the village... Bernard's incessant barking which annoyed everyone in the neighbourhood stopped for good as of last night's attack. Poor thing... The good news is that there was no loss of human life in the town to speak of.

In other news: 2 citizens departed during the night. Terminal dehydration. The groans of agony? Yes. That was them... That was close.

It's good that no one died last night. A horde of almost 90 zombies howled outside all night, but none of them managed to break through our defenses.

Importantly: 2 citizens forgot that without water, they wouldn't survive for long. More deaths by dehydration tomorrow?

This morning, DefenseShogun celebrated last night's thwarting of the zombie hordes by running buck naked through the streets. "I wanted to celebrate the dawning of this new day in an appropriate fashion", the citizen explained.

We don't know anything specific, in any case no one has seen † EmeraldDragon for some time.

Let's highlight: some citizens are missing. They've been in the desert since yesterday, but there has been no sign of them since the attack. I hope there is nobody you care about out there...
