The town is no more than a vast, sickening cemetery. There was nobody here last night to resist the last attack: the town gates were forced open and reduced to splinters. Flat coast is no more.

We had what we needed near the western quarter to keep the shuffling stiffs from getting through last night, that much is sure. Zero losses - save a few houses they hit.

Fun fact: the citizens clearly decided to leave † MichaelC to their own devices in the World Beyond, but we haven't heard from them in some time. You guys are all heart... I'm just saying...

Some citizens were sweating last night. A wave of around 1030 monsters tried to destroy our town, albeit unsuccessfully.

This morning, MichaelC wanted to celebrate with dignity the night passed without a dead by running naked like a worm in our alleys. "The view was not bad." Alyarin would have explained.

We'll never hear from † Jewelman26 again, as he decided to escape the zombie hordes by committing suicide.

The zombies last night only had our garbage to eat and a few dead animals... The defenses seem to have worked well.

A little bit of gossip for the road: 2 citizens missed roll-call this morning... They went out last night... not one of them came back... Not ONE.

No deaths to report from last night. It could even be said that the community has (finally) worked out how to organise itself to avoid extinction.

Funnily enough: i meant to tell you, 2 citizens departed during the night. Terminal dehydration. The groans of agony? Yes. That was them...

We have no news of our 2 brave citizens who left yesterday for the World Beyond. I think we can slowly start looting their houses. Pfff...
